I've been busy! Growing this site takes a lot of work, and often it feels like running in sand...you know, you feel exhausted trying so hard to move ahead, your calves hurt, but you haven't gotten very far! Well, my calves don't hurt, I have to be honest. But my mousing wrist, that's another story!

New for this week:

1. Brand-new Interactive Course Catalog link on the front page (you may have to scroll down to see it). Yeah baby, I did that graphic! Come on, you know you like it! I'll spill the beans a little...I used a combination of MS Word 2007's awesome picture manipulation tricks, and good ol' Photoshop CS3! (Although they just came out with version CS4!)
2. Brand new articles in the Training Talk section, including a new interactive pole!
3. Brand new FAQ section!
