I sat down in my office this morning, and one of John Williams' incredible movie anthems was running through my brain. I decided to fire up iTunes and take a listen.

Have you ever just listened to the main themes from Jurassic Park? Not while watching the film! Just the music!

Truly, if there is a grander, nobler purpose to life other than simply surviving, this music will take you to what is great in you.

I'm reminded of the true nobility of the human spirit. People, there is such a thing! At heart, each of us possesses a nobility, a strength, a courage to be admired. We are all heroes and heroines!

In the muck of the rut, it's easy to forget that. Go, do what inspires you today. Whether it's listening to an amazing piece of music, watching a pro dance or run, or seeing the all-consuming smile on your puppy's face...remember, greatness is your birthright. It's who you are. Namaste.
